Team Manager's Check-List
  1. Submitted team application online
  2. Received Acceptance Email from the Nomads
  3. Make hotel reservations – Nomads require your team stays at one of our partner hotels (list is on our web site)
  4. Make Car/Van reservations with Enterprise Car Rental (discount code and contact information is on our web site)
  5. Confirm participation and provide Nomads with hotel information (# of rooms, rate and dates)
  6. Non-US Clubs Members – Get travel papers from state office (this includes San Diegoteams that are not members of US Club Soccer.
  7. Make sure entry fee is paid
  8. Members of US Clubs – Print copy of official roster from intranet for check-in
  9. Check web site for date, time and location of Team Check-in and make sure you have all the paperwork in order.
  10. Check-in is mandatory so please make sure that one representative from your team plans their travel accordingly.
  11. Teams U16 and older attending the Thanksgiving Tournament - Submit a Team Roster for the College Coach Book by November 13th (log back in to your team application)
  12. Teams U16 and older attending the Coaches Showcase Tournament - Submit a Team Roster for the College Coach Book by March 1st.(log back in to your team application)
