Team Manager's Check-List
  1. Submitted team application online
  2. Received Acceptance Email from the Nomads
  3. Make hotel reservations – Nomads require your team stays at one of our partner hotels (list is on our web site)
  4. Make Car/Van reservations with Enterprise Car Rental (discount code and contact information is on our web site)
  5. Confirm participation and provide Nomads with hotel information (# of rooms, rate and dates)
  6. We are now a State sanctioned tournament. Out of town teams must get travel papers from state office. Other US Soccer affiliate teams, such as US Club Soccer must bring their US Club Soccer roster. Local CalSouth teams, please bring a CalSouth roster.
  7. Make sure entry fee is paid
  8. Check web site for date, time and location of Team Check-in and make sure you have all the paperwork in order.
  9. Check-in is mandatory so please make sure that one representative from your team plans their travel accordingly.
  10. Teams U16 and older attending the Thanksgiving Tournament - Submit a Team Roster for the College Coach Book by November 13th (log back in to your team application)
     
  11. Teams U16 and older attending the Coaches Showcase Tournament - Submit a Team Roster for the College Coach Book by March 1st.(log back in to your team application)
