Thanksgiving Tournament Check-in
Thanksgiving Night, November 27, 2008 - from 6-10pm - at the Doubletree Hotel, 7450 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego, California, 92108
A light dinner buffet is being served for Coach and Manager. Children should not attend due to the presence of alcohol.
You must bring the following documents to Team Check-in:
If you ARE A MEMBER of US Clubs you will need to bring:

US Club Soccer Player cards.

US Club Soccer medical releases.

US Club Soccer Tournament Roster

Your Hotel information if you are staying over (hotel name, # of rooms, check in and check out dates, hotel rate $)

Emergency cell phone #’s for your team in case of rain, etc.
If you ARE NOT A MEMBER of US Clubs you will need to bring: THIS INCLUDES ALL SAN DIEGO AND CYSA-SOUTH TEAMS
