Please ensure you log back in to your team application and ensure that the mobile phone listed can receive text messages during the tournament, this is the primary way that we notify you if you are advancing to the next round, or if any field changes have occurred. You’ll also select your cell phone carrier from the drop down menu adjacent to the number.

TEAM PAGES

Our tournament software allows you to log in and customize your team page, i.e., change the color of the page, upload a team photo, team logo, add a web site link and add your roster. When you get a moment, please go in and start customizing your page. Here’s an example of what it can look like once you have customized the page.

ROSTERS

The maximum number of players on your roster is determined by your governing body, i.e., If you are playing on State Cards then its the maximum # of players that the state association allows. For US Club Soccer members the max is 26, for CalSouth it is 22.

We allow up to 18 players on a game card (which will be provided to your representative at team check-in)

We allow unlimited number of guest players, as long as you can provide the appropriate paperwork and ID card. ALL CARDS MUST BE FROM THE SAME ASSOCIATION - i.e., all state cards or all US Clubs cards. You cannot mix player cards from different associations.

We will be asking for your two (2) different rosters so here’s an explanation of what they are and when we need them:

1. Team Page rosters.

The roster that you enter in to your Team Page is not your "official roster". The roster you enter on the Team Page is to ensure that your players are searchable in the College Coach’s online player profiles database. Please note that you won’t be able to upload photos through the Team Page of each player, it will let you upload it but after frustrating minutes you’ll discover that it does not save the picture. In order for the player’s picture to appear on their profile - linked from the Team Page Roster - they will need to purchase an Extended Player Profile. We haven’t launched the link to purchase profiles yet but when we do it will be at this link: 

IT IS IMPORTANT: That if your player is U15 and older (U14 and older for girls) that you enter the GPA and Graduation Date of your players as this will be on the rosters that the college coaches search.

This year we are sending an eRoster Book (PDF) file of all rosters to our registered college coaches on November 15th so please make sure your rosters are entered prior to that date.

2. Official Team Roster / Travel Papers

The "official team roste"r would be a roster that is printed / issued by a State Association or US Club Soccer or whatever association you are a member of. See your Registrar for assistance. This shows us the players that are insured to play.  GUEST PLAYERS CAN BE WRITTEN IN, if the travel papers are attached.  NOTE:  TRAVEL PAPERS AND GUEST PAPERWORK ARE REQUIRED IF YOU ARE FROM OUTSIDE OF USYSA REGION 4.  Travel permission must be approved by your  state association, US Club Soccer members just need to bring a copy of their official roster printed from the US Clubs intranet site. International teams need to get travel papers from their National Federation.

Example:  You are borrowing a player from a state that is not in Region IV then you need to notify your state or the players state that they are participating in a tournament, therefore, at risk of an injury and a potential claim against their insurance.  This way your team, coach and players are protected and covered for medical insurance.

PLEASE REMEMBER THE ROSTER FROM YOUR TEAM PAGE ON THE TOURNAMENT WEB SITE IS NOT THE "OFFICIAL" ROSTER that you need to bring to our Team Check-in event:

TEAM CHECK-IN EVENT is mandatory for all teams. Only one representative from the team / club is needed, players need not attend.
