The Nomads recently selected the Doubletree Hotel San Diego - Mission Valley as our new Headquarter hotel for the Thanksgiving Tournament. This hotel offers convenience to San Diego’s finest sightseeing and recreation. This hotel is located in the Hazard Center just off the I-163 and Friars Road intersections. Within Hazard Center you will find a movie theater and many restaurants including a Starbucks. What we liked about this hotel too is that there is a Trolley Station just outside the hotel which will take you to San Diego’s Downtown historic Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park - home of the Sand Diego Padres, Old Town, Tijuana-Mexico, and Qualcomm Stadium - home of the San Diego Chargers, and Fashion Valley Mall. High-speed Internet access is provided in all guest rooms and wireless access is available in all public areas at the hotel.
Team check-in will be held here the evening of November 27th and also our Thanksgiving celebrate buffet dinner on the afternoon of November 27th starting at 1pm. Reservations for the dinner will be taken at the Hotel in October.
